I used MuleBuy once it went better than I expected. The fees were laid out clearly before I paid, which I appreciated because I’m always a bit suspicious that customer service will just give vague answers if something weird shows up later. The shipping still felt kind of expensive, but at least I knew what I was paying for upfront. No surprise extra charges after the fact, so overall it was a good experience

My order just sat there for days with basically no real update. I get that delays happen, but how long are you supposed to wait without knowing what’s going on? Shipping was way slower than I expected, i wouldn’t order from them again.

I really like that my stuff can just stay in the warehouse until I’m ready for it. It gives me time to add a few more things without feeling rushed or stressed.

Nothing super dramatic happened, which is kind of the point. It just worked. For overseas shipping, having choices is nice, whether you’re shipping clothes, shoes, accessories, random household stuff, gifts, or whatever else.

MuleBuy was okay overall. i found what i needed without much trouble, and placing the order was simple enough. the only thing that threw me off was the shipping cost, which ended up being higher than i expected and made the deal feel less worth it. delivery went fine, but i do wish the shipping fees were clearer upfront or just a bit cheaper. not a bad experience, just not amazing either.

Got sorted at the warehouse really fast. No waiting around. Nice and easy experience.
